Cost Segregation Case Study for a Distribution Center

CSSI® met with a prospective client who owned a 275,000 square-foot distribution center located in the southeast and used for the motorsports industry. The client had never heard of cost segregation but was willing to talk to one of our representatives, who analyzed his distribution center and created a very large tax deferral. The owner has since purchased two more distribution centers and is segregating both of them.
