Paul Correa
A native of Wheaton, IL, Paul Correa received a degree in Business Administration from Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, MI. Since 2005 he has represented CSSI®, one of the largest cost segregation providers in the nation with 20,000 building studies completed since 2001. He has received the CSSI Excellence Award numerous times for his position as their top representative, and has personally been involved in over 2,000 cost segregation studies in 42 states. Paul was a contributing author to a course project on cost segregation and depreciation optimization for the Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development graduate degree program at the University of Indianapolis.
- Paul is married with two children, and enjoys travel, reading, cooking, hunting and fishing.
